SB426 passed House April 24 2024 with floor amendments. Now goes to Senate.

“World Health Organization; prohibiting enforcement of policies required or recommended by the World Health Organization.”

The Oklahoma State House of Representatives passed legislation yesterday stating that “The World Health Organization, the United Nations and the World Economic Forum shall have no jurisdiction in the State of Oklahoma.” This legislation was first introduced in 2023, when it passed the state senate unanimously.

Floor amendments were added in April 2024, and now the legislation must return to the Senate.
