“Nothing About Us Without Us” – An Open Letter

Attention: Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director General, WHO

Dear Sir,

This is a citizens’ sign-on, on the “outcome products” of the Working Group of the International Health Regulations (WGIHR) and the INB (international Negotiating Body), that are still being finalised, but which nevertheless, are finally to be submitted in May of this year to the 77th WHA (World Health Assembly). Ask the Government of India not to sign WHO’s Pandemic Treaty that is attempting to create a far worse Pandemic in India than the previous Covid disaster.

Help the formation of Integrative Medicine & Healthcare Committees in every city and state in India and at the national level too, so that we can prevent the next Pandemic from happening in India.

URGENT – Citizens’ SIGN ON letter to the WHO saying “NO” to the Pandemic Treaty and Amendments to the IHR (International Health Regulations)

Dear all,

This is an very urgent All India Citizens’ Sign-on to the WHO, saying No to the Pandemic Treaty and Amendments to the IHR (International Health Regulations). It has been authored by:

Dr. Jacob Puliyel
Dr. Amitav Banerji
Dr. Narasimha Reddy Donthi
Aruna Rodrigues

The Govt of India and 197 other nation states are being asked to respond in a great hurry by end May to agree the above. The intent and objective is to have the WHO put itself in a position in what will effectively be – a Dictator of World Health. The clauses are completely unacceptable and these provisions are Ultra Vires the Indian Constitution and also run counter to all Democratic Nation States including the USA. The detail is in the Letter-Doc which has been clarified.

We are inviting everyone who reads this letter, and having read it, that you will sign-on. The implications are alarming.

We need all signatures in by 30 April 2024, Tuesday.
