On November 22nd, 2023, eleven members of the Estonian Parliament sent a letter to the WHO Director General providing notification of Estonia’s rejection of the International Health Regulation (2005) Amendments, as well as the International Agreement on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness, and Response. They also noted they rejected changes to financing of the WHO. They note that the full Estonian Parliament did not authorize such negotiations, as required by Estonian law.

In order to reject the amendments approved by the World Health Assembly in May 2022, a nation must send a letter of rejection before the end of November 2023. (This month.) Estonia’s letter is an example of this.
The May 2022 Amendments reduce the amount of time a nation has to reject future amendments.

In May of 2024, we expect the World Health Assembly to approve the 300+ amendments of serious concern, which include:
- Striking out human rights and replacing it with equity
- Biological warfare agent proliferation
- Social Media surveillance and censorship
- Ongoing secret negotiations; we do not know what the amendments will contain until they are approved

Door to Freedom has added a new website section highlighting outreach and education.
In order to facilitate education of lawmakers and neighbors, we have seven new handouts, available in many languages, including: Czech, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Slovenian, Swedish, and others.
Actions Around the World
Door to Freedom hosted our first coalition building call on November 9th. Following that, we are adding actions related to Exiting the WHO or rejecting the amendments, organized by country and region.
The next coalition call will be November 30th.
Breakfast Briefing for Members of Congress
On November 8th, 2023, Door to Freedom and ten other organizations hosted an educational breakfast briefing for members of Congress and Staff in Washington DC.
WHO’s Transformation from Health Advisor to Dictator
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) hosted a symposium for Congressmembers and staff at the Capitol featuring possibly Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) (invited), House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) (invited), former Minnesota Rep. and attorney Michele Bachman, Reggie Littlejohn, founder and president of Women’s Rights without Frontiers, Dr. Meryl Nass, Dr. David Bell, attorneys Valerie Borek and Kristen Ullman, and investment banker and former assistant Secretary of HUD Catherine Austin Fitts. Frank Gaffney did a masterful job moderating. This extremely informative briefing titled “the Fundamental Transformation of the WHO from a Health Advisor to Global Dictator” is an extremely worthwhile watch.
