The President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa, sent a letter to organizations engaged in negotiating as part of the Africa Group in the WHO. This letter, first published by Geneva Health Files, has created a stir, perhaps because it advises the block of countries to continue to negotiate in a unified manner. This unified approach to negotiating could disrupt the objectives of the US and Europe.
