From degenerative toxic industrial agriculture to regenerative nature-based living systems – which system will we choose?
Abstract: Industrial agriculture is an existential threat to our civilization. It is responsible for 80% of forest destruction. Its toxic chemical fertilizers and pesticides pollute the environment, food, and health. It causes toxic algal blooms in our rivers and lakes and dead zones in our seas. Agricultural poisons and habitat destruction have caused population crashes of insects, birds, reptiles, and many other species. Animals are cruelly confined in cages and factories and become reservoirs for multiple diseases. Their mountains and lagoons of manure pollute the air and waterways. They are inefficient systems that waste 10 tons of vegetable protein to produce one ton of animal protein. It is responsible for the farming diaspora of millions leaving every year. Regenerative agriculture increases biodiversity and restores the environment and health. Animals express themselves naturally in fields. It is a positive alternative, with more farmers and ranchers joining the worldwide movement every year.

Professor Dr. André Leu, D.Sc., is the International Director of Regeneration International.
Regeneration International has 570 partners in 76 countries and works with numerous agricultural systems such as agroecology, organic, permaculture, ecological agriculture, AMP grazing, biological agriculture, organic agriculture, and agroforestry.

Zen Honeycutt is the Founding Executive Director of non-profit Moms Across America, a national coalition of unstoppable moms with the motto “Empowered moms, healthy kids.” Moms Across America’s leaders created over 1,000 community events in all 50 states to raise awareness about GMOs, toxins in the food supply, and other environmental issues that pose risks to the health of our families.
The organization’s mission is to educate and empower mothers and others with actions and solutions to create healthy communities and has had over 100 million impressions on social media and beyond.
Zen instigated the first consumer-funded glyphosate testing in America which has led to over 60 countries and hundreds of cities, homeowners associations, and school districts banning or restricting the use of glyphosate.
Moms Across America successfully petitioned Costco to remove Roundup from their shelves, leading to nationwide awareness of alternatives to Roundup and the benefits of regenerative organic farming.
Zen’s inspiration came from her three boys who had allergies, autoimmune, asthma, and autism symptoms, which greatly improved when they went GMO-free and organic. She then instigated a national and global movement to transform the food supply.
Through the expansion of the nationwide and now global network, with over 100 million impressions over the past 11 years, her team discovered that thousands of other moms are seeing the similar results from avoiding GMOs and eating organic.

Presentation topic: A win against roundup, followed by an audacious attempt to end pesticide/herbicide injury litigation
Michael Baum, a senior partner at Wisner Baum, is known for taking on high-stakes litigation against Big Pharma and Big Ag. Many of the cases his firm has litigated have resulted in multiple label changes, landmark verdicts and the publishing of thousands of pages of declassified internal company documents that expose corporate corruption, ghostwriting and scientific manipulation.
Wisner Baum (formerly known as Baum Hedlund) co-led the first successful jury trials against Monsanto for Roundup (glyphosate) weed killer causing cancer. Michael and his colleagues served on the trial teams for the first three Roundup trials against Monsanto (Bayer), resulting in $2.424 billion in jury verdicts for the plaintiffs. These trial victories paved the way for settlement resolutions for over 100,000 plaintiffs in 2020 worth a combined $10.9 billion. The first groundbreaking trial for Mr. Dewayne “Lee” Johnson, caught the attention of Netflix, which is in the process of making a movie adaptation to be released in 2025.
During the Roundup litigation, Michael’s team obtained a trove of internal documents known as the Monsanto Papers, which they ensured were declassified and released to regulatory agencies, scientists, and the general public. With invitations from lawmakers in various countries, Michael traveled with his partner Brent Wisner, to the EU and Canada to brief regulators on the key evidence uncovered in the Monsanto litigation. His influence on public policy concerning Roundup led Politico to choose Michael as one of five “changemakers” in the world making waves in pesticides policy, one of many awards and recognition Michael and his firm earned for their historic success.

Presentation topic: Glyphosate: A betrayed trust and it’s remediation
Dr. Don M. Huber, Professor Emeritus of Plant Pathology at Purdue University, holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Idaho, a Ph.D. from Michigan State University, and is a graduate of the US army command & General staff college, Industrial college of the armed forces, and national security program.
He was Cereal Pathologist at the University of Idaho for 8 years before joining the Department of botany & Plant pathology at Purdue University in 1971.
His agricultural research the past 60 years has focused on the epidemiology and control of soilborne plant pathogens with emphasis on microbial ecology, cultural and biological controls, nutrient-disease interactions, pesticide-disease interactions, physiology of host-parasite relationships and techniques for rapid microbial identification.
Dr. Huber retired in 1995 as Associate Director of the Armed Forces Medical Intelligence Center (Colonel Retired, U.S. Army) (now the National Center for Medical Intelligence, Dr. Huber is a past Chairman of the USDA-APS National Plant Disease Recovery System; a member of the US Threat Pathogens Committee; former member of the advisory board for the office of Technology Assessment, U.S. Congress (now Congressional Research Service); and Global Epidemiology and Quadripartite medical working groups of the office of the US Surgeon General.
He is author or co-author of over 300 journal articles, Experiment Station Bulletins, book chapters and review articles; six books, and 84 special invited publications; and an active scientific reviewer; speaker; consultant to academia, industry, and government; and international research cooperator.
Stephanie Seneff, Ph.D.
Presentation topic: Glyphosate, the ecosystem, and climate change
Abstract: Glyphosate is the active ingredient in the pervasive herbicide Roundup. Agricultural practices in the United States make heavy use of glyphosate to control weeds and as a desiccant at harvest time. The US government considers glyphosate to be safe, but the evidence shows otherwise. In this talk, I will focus on research demonstrating that glyphosate is disrupting the ecosystem, and that it may play a much bigger role in climate change than is generally believed.
Dr. Stephanie Seneff is a Senior Research Scientist at MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. She has a BS degree from MIT in biology and MS, EE and Ph.D. degrees from MIT in electrical engineering and computer science.
Her recent interests have focused on the role of toxic chemicals and micronutrient deficiencies in health and disease, with a special emphasis on the pervasive herbicide, glyphosate, and the mineral, sulfur. Since 2008, she has authored over 40 peer-reviewed journal papers on these topics. She is the author of a book on glyphosate, titled “Toxic Legacy: How the weedkiller Glyphosate is destroying our health and the environment,” which was released by Chelsea Green publishers on July 1, 2021. This book was selected by Kirkus reviews as one of the best non-fiction books of 2021.

Abstract: Much of the controversy over modern agriculture and its alleged climate impacts stems from problems created by industrial processes – genetic modification of crops, chemical applications, confined feeding operations, etc. – which are then blamed on all agriculture without distinction. The contrasts between traditional agricultural stewardship and modern industrial rapaciousness are enormous: this is the difference between cows that destroy the planet and soil, and cows that reverse the damage caused by industrialism. This is a “tale of two cows,” but more, it is a tale of two very different agricultural systems.

Abstract: Consumers are confused by two food-related voices perched like oppositional advocates, one at each ear: one voice says agriculture and livestock are the foundation of all the world’s environmental and health problems; the other says these same fundamental processes, properly stewarded, are the cure for the destruction caused by industrialism. Much like vaccine safety, gain-of-function origins, or the efficacy of masks, an active battle about the “real science” of agriculture is being waged in order to deceive consumers. The front line in the battle for food liberties is to properly educate people about soil, food, and agricultural science – it is not rocket science, but common sense. There is no real controversy, only obfuscation by corporate profiteers intent on preserving market share.

Brian S. Hooker, PhD, is the Chief Scientific Officer at Children’s Health Defense, an organization committed to the best health for children in the U.S. and worldwide. Abstract: Raw milk and raw milk products (other than cheese aged 60 days) are the only foods banned in interstate commerce. Since the Wholesome Meat Act of 1967, federal law governing the slaughtering and processing a meat sold in intrastate commerce has preempted state law, making it more difficult for small-scale farmers and ranchers to have market access for their products. There’s still ways to go, but progress is being made at the federal and mainly the state level in establishing a more favorable regulatory climate through legislation and policy for raw milk dairies and small livestock farms.
Pete is an attorney in Sarasota, Florida, who works on state legislation and policy regarding raw milk, cottage foods, food sovereignty, and on-farm/custom slaughter of meat and poultry–consulting on efforts to change state administrative regulations and policies.
He has worked on successful state legislation in all these areas. He has also worked on numerous matters for farmers at the administrative level involving FDA and USDA, state health and agriculture departments, and local health departments to protect farmers threatened by enforcement actions such as handling food seizures, embargo and recall cases, right-to-farm and zoning issues as well as problems with local ordinances.
Pete was a founding board member of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund (FTCLDF) and served as vice president and then president for many years while also providing member services. Abstract: Since the New Deal, federal farm policy has consolidated U.S. farms into industrial monocultures. Corn is the feedstock that’s given us high-fructose corn syrup, trans-fats, vegetable oils, and factory-farmed meat, milk and eggs, but it is increasingly used to feed genetically engineered microbes that produce fuel or synthetic proteins for Frankenfoods. It’s not too late to stop this trend, and there are several good programs to advocate for in the Farm Bill, but situation has become an emergency and we need to be hyper-vigilant to current threats. Winning means working with all independent farmers, including the “factory” farmers, to preserve the right to raise animals against federal regulations designed to destroy this way of life. There’s federal support available now to go from factory farming to grass-fed and pasture-raised. The farmers who find local and direct-to-consumer markets and control their own processing will survive. The farmers who rely on the corporate supply chain are risking everything. For consumers, safe, nutritious organic food has already been framed as a “luxury,” expect the cost of animal products to skyrocket. Alexis Baden-Mayer is a lawyer who has worked since 2005 as the Political Director of the Organic Consumers Association, a network of more than 2 million activists committed to creating a healthy, just, democratic and regenerative food system. In 2014, the US Health Freedom Congress awarded Alexis a Health Freedom Award for fearless civil disobedience, including shutting down the National Organic Standards Board to protest the weakening of organic standards and entering the White House grounds to deliver a petition in support of GMO labels, one of Barack Obama’s unfulfilled campaign pledges.

Though the decision to put tons of light-blocking chemicals in the sky has been made behind closed doors, there seems to be very little effort to find out how our normal light spectrum changes when those materials are lofted.
Many locations around the world have noticed an increase in UV-C reaching the ground, but no one has correlated that the light blocking effect of the chemtrails may not be even across the entire spectrum.
UV-C rays are used in medical sterilization, and they are known to cause damage to the eyes. By changing the contents of our atmosphere, we are allowing the geoengineering perpetrators to potentially destroy food production on a planetary level.

LtCol Tommy Waller is the President & CEO of the Center for Security Policy. Tommy retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after two decades of service (in both active duty and the reserves) as an Infantry Officer and Expeditionary Ground Reconnaissance Officer.
He conducted multiple deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, Africa, and Central America. His formal education includes numerous military schools and colleges, a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Tulane University and executive education in high stakes negotiation from the Wharton School.

Abstract: In 2005, the U.S. Department of Agriculture published a plan it had developed together with Big Agribusiness to require the electronic tagging and tracking of every single livestock animal in the country, right down to backyard chickens. The Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance co-led a coalition of organizations across the country, including conventional ranchers, organic farmers, privacy and property rights advocates, environmentalists and local food consumers, that succeeded in getting the USDA to withdraw the program. Judith McGeary is an attorney, activist, and regenerative farmer. After earning her B.S. in Biology from Stanford University and her law degree with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin, she clerked for the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and went on to private law practice.
During that time, she became a passionate advocate of sustainable agriculture, and she and her husband established a small farm, raising grass-fed beef and lamb, along with garden produce and orchard fruits.
After seeing how government regulations benefit industrial agriculture at the expense of family farms, in 2006 she founded the Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance (FARFA) to promote common-sense policies for local, diversified agricultural systems. Judith has been profiled in the Texas Observer and Edible Austin, appears in the documentary Farmageddon, and has been interviewed on numerous radio shows across the country.

Presentation topic: Powerful bioactives in raw milk
Abstract: Nutrition is vitally important, but it’s the powerful bioactives in whole raw milk that make it a superfood. Bioactives are destroyed by heat and the FDA refuses to openly acknowledge them. Lets talk about bioactives. Bioactives are specialized proteins, enzymes, sugars, fats, bacteria and other highly specialized elements found in raw milk that do three things: Nourish, protect and direct. There activities include: anti viral, anti hypertensive, immunomodulating, anti inflammatory, anti tumor, anti histamine, anti biotic, anti cancer and includes natural mRNA genes and stem cells. All of these countless bioactives are destroyed by heat and are only effective in whole raw form.
Mark founded the Raw Milk Institute (RAWMI) in 2011 to assure that farmers had a resource to train them in producing very low risk raw milk for their consumers. Mark is passionate about “grass to glass” risk reduction management on the farm, and he believes that raw milk cannot emerge as a trusted food unless it is very low risk. He is certified in HACCP management from Chapman University and has developed and implemented award winning Food Safety Plans including Raw Milk Risk Analysis & Management Plans (“RAMP”).
Mark is the CEO and founder of Raw Farm, the world’s largest raw milk dairy . Founded in 1998, today it sells its CDFA and FDA approved raw products across the United States of America in over 1500 store locations. The Raw Farm brand estimates that it feeds over 100,000 families in California alone with its tested 85,000 gallons of raw milk it produces every week. Mark has developed pioneering food safety technologies using advanced rapid testing systems to assure that raw milk is very low risk yet retains its health giving “bioactives”.
Mark is a premed-trained retired EMS Paramedic and acute care medical educator with a background in organic farming. For 16 years Mark worked full time as a paramedic while part time farming at the same time. In 1997, Mark was awarded the Best of the West grower award for being the first farmer in the USA to initiate an “on farm audited HACCP type risk management system” with the Odwalla juice company.
Mark has lectured on the food safety and gut biome benefits of raw milk at USC, Stanford, UCSB, Rutgers, University of Guelph, UVIC BC Canada, UCLA, CSUF, Chico State and other Universities and medical schools in Australia, USA and Canada. He is the VP of California Dairy Campaign and is a delegate to the National Farmers Union where he has pushed for and set national policy for support of Raw Milk. Mark has been active in legislating for world class raw milk standards and has been instrumental in passing new raw milk laws in states that previously banned raw milk.
Mark is a member of the International Milk Genomics Consortium and is the only farmer in the room filled with PhD researchers when he attends the international conference for the last 12 years. Raw Farm has been awarded Fresno County dairy of the year for both 2023 and 2024.
He is a private pilot and has served as a LIGA fly doctors clinic mission pilot since 1990 and also serves as a sworn Search and Rescue SAR pilot for the Fresno County Sherrif Department. His favorite role is husband to his wife Blaine wife (MSRN L & D) of 43 years and grandpa to six awesome grandkids. My passion is teaching and educational research in the betterment of health and humanity from Farm to Consumer.

Presentation topic: Formula for change: unveiling the truth and necessity of cleaning up infant formula
Abstract: Our children’s health and well-being has been under assault for decades, evidenced by the mounting degree of environmental toxicants, such as those found in baby food. Infants are particularly vulnerable to toxic exposures and extreme care should be employed to optimize their health and well-being. Our recent study uncovered undeclared toxic metals in infant formulas, previously addressed and known by the FDA. There is evidence that the US actively discouraged other countries from promoting breastfeeding in favor of infant formula. Dr. Perro will discuss an overview of infant formulas, the research results performed by several non profit organizations, and solutions on how to mitigate toxicity for babies as well as legislative action.
Michelle Perro, MD, DHom, is a veteran clinician with over four decades of experience in both pediatrics as well as in integrative medicine, treating both children and their families. Her career began in Pediatric Emergency Medicine winding its way into integrative medicine over the past 25 years. She has been director of a Pediatric Emergency Department in NYC and spent over a decade at UCSF Benioff Oakland Children’s Hospital Emergency Department.
Dr. Perro has been a tireless advocate regarding the role of GM food and their associated pesticides centered on their affect on children’s health. Dr. Perro has lectured nationally and internationally on the state of our children’s health and produced the first Children’s Environmental Health Bill of Rights.
