web@doortofreedom.org - HR 79 – the WHO Withdrawal Act. This piece of legislation defunds and withdraws from the WHO, and aligns with our goals for protecting American Democracy and Sovereignty. Do your representatives support it? Other pieces of legislation we are watching.
- Contact your Representatives and Senators, educate them, and tell them to say no to the IHR amendments and the proposed Pandemic treaty.
- We have added a suggestion for Freedom of Information Actions. We the people need to see a copy of the current negotiating text for the IHR amendments.

Plan for the future!
- Use cash whenever possible.
- Boycotts are very effective because money talks. We don’t currently have a suggestion for how to “boycott” the WHO power grab. If you have an idea, let us know.
- Switch to small, local banks or credit unions if they align with your values.
- Cancel credit cards if the issuing bank does not align with your values.
- Switch to Protonmail or self-hosted email. Here are more tips on exiting the social credit system.
- Grow food.
- Buy food from local farmers, and befriend them.
- Befriend your neighbors.
- Limit the number of apps you use, and try to use programs, websites, and applications that align with your values.
Strengthen yourself!
- Build your courage and resolve. Don’t sweat the small stuff.
- We are in a long-term struggle: focus on the positive actions that you can do every day.
- Get the process right and the right outcomes will usually appear.
- Understand how fear feels in your body and your mind. See what induces fear in you.
- Identify the feeling, acknowledge it, and discern if you are being manipulated to feel it.
- Work with it. You can be brave in the face of fear.
